Employee ownership. ɫ��ɫ is a family- and employee-owned company. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan allows you to share in the financial benefits through your retirement plan as we grow and prosper. A rise in the value of ɫ��ɫ shares increases the value of your ESOP account and is a benefit that is provided at no cost to you. Employees now own 34% of ɫ��ɫ’s stock, which has done better than the stock market, increasing in value over 1,600% since 1997.

We want to ensure you are solidly prepared for yours. ɫ��ɫ contributes 3% to a 401K account automatically for all eligible employees after one year of service. Any employee not eligible for the Safe Harbor plan receives a generous 401K match in a traditional 401K plan.

UMass Global offers scholarships exclusively for employees of ɫ��ɫ. Additional discounts are available through Capella University, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and American Career College.
