Bruce Nardella

É«ÖÐÉ« Board of Directors Member

 

Bruce served as President and CEO of The MENTOR Network from 2014 through 2019 and currently serves as MENTOR’s Board of Directors Chair. Bruce joined The MENTOR Network in 1996, serving in a number of leadership roles before becoming CEO. Bruce began his career in human services 40 years ago providing direct care to youth in a shelter for boys involved in the juvenile justice system. Prior to joining The MENTOR Network Bruce served as Deputy Commissioner for the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, the state’s juvenile justice agency dedicated to promoting positive change in the lives of youth in its care. During that time he was awarded the Bradford Fellowship to Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

Along with his Board position at É«ÖÐÉ« and The MENTOR Network, Mr. Nardella also serves on the Board of Trustees at Beverly Hospital and Addison Gilbert Hospital. He holds an M.P.A. From Harvard University, an M.Ed from Boston University and a B.A. from Colgate University.
