King County PACT

What We Do: King County PACT is designed specifically for persons who have the most severe and persistent mental illnesses, who have severe symptoms and impairments, and who have not benefited from traditional outpatient programs.

Services are provided by a multidisciplinary team including mental health professionals, registered nurses, peer supports, and a psychiatric care provider. These services are evidence-based, recovery-oriented, and provided through a team approach.

The PACT team is mobile and delivers services in the community. This enables each consumer to find and live in their own residence and find and maintain work in community jobs, rather than expecting the consumer to come to the program. Seventy-five percent or more of the services are provided outside of the program offices in locations that are comfortable and convenient for consumers.

Capacity: 100 members

Referral Process: Referrals are coordinated through King County Department of Behavioral Health and Recovery

Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Our Program Type: Community-based
