Mickey Blanks

Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer

 

Mickey is responsible for the system-wide strategic direction of human resources, aligned with É«ÖÐɫ’s long-term vision and mission. 

Mickey brings over 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience to É«ÖÐÉ«. Most recently, Mickey served as the CHRO at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, with HR leadership responsibility for over 11,000 associates in over 60 countries world-wide. He has also held roles of progressive responsibility in several Fortune 500 companies, including The Mosaic Company, American Standard, Unilever, and International Paper. 

Mickey is a champion for corporate responsibility and has served on committees for the United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Rights of Passage (mentorship program), and Feed My Starving Little Children.

Mickey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University in New Jersey, a Master of Arts in Labor Relations from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Mickey also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. 

Mickey and his family reside in Fullerton, California.
