Ofelia Alvarez: 39 Years at Morton Bakar Center!

The heart and soul of a program's employees are just as important as the treatment the facility provides. Housekeeping Supervisor Ofelia Alvarez has been working at Morton Bakar Center for 39 years and counting. She is one of the longest-serving staff members at É«ÖÐÉ« and one of the few remaining original employees at Morton Bakar Center.

The facility opened its doors on December 1, 1980, and had only been open for three years when she started. At that time, É«ÖÐÉ« only employed a few hundred people. In the last 39 years, Ofelia has seen É«ÖÐÉ« grow from just a handful of programs to over 150 across five states.

She's witnessed many changes, but her commitment to providing quality care remains unchanged. Ofelia has done an incredible job while supporting both clients and co-workers. This remarkable achievement clearly indicates her dedication to her career and the positive difference she's made in so many people's lives.

It is É«ÖÐÉ«'s great pleasure to recognize Ofelia's 39th work anniversary. In her many years with the Morton Bakar Center, Ofelia has made significant contributions to the program, and we are proud to honor her.

Thank you, Ofelia, for your dedication and hard work.
